Our concept - research meets practice

The foundation of our work is a proprietary model developed in collaboration with a research institute. It combines organizational development, psychology, and risk research with decades of stunt experience.

This allows us to look at productions not just from the perspective of individual scenes, but holistically: teams, processes and decision-making paths. The results are well-founded analyses and concrete solutions that sustainably improve safety, efficiency and collaboration.

Media Crossers was founded on the belief that action and stunt productions require more than courage and experience – they need structures that balance safety, efficiency, and creativity in equal measure.

Behind Media Crossers is Holger Schumacher, a former stuntman with over 20 years in the film industry and more than a decade of consulting for international corporations. Together with an interdisciplinary team, he has developed a unique advisory approach that merges stunt expertise with organizational development, process optimization, and risk research.

Our goal is to empower productions to stay capable under extreme pressure, manage risks consciously, and at the same time unlock innovative opportunities for outstanding action.
